Re: Project Slo 6 0
Everyone says shaving the drip rails are a pain and they are correct. But they only forget to mention that it's totally worth it.... after welding 1/8" rod around the entire door gap and reworking them

Re: Project Slo 6 0
Just joining the build here but have to give props' to your ideas and metal working skills. I'm glad to hear that removing the drip rail is worth it as I plan on tackling mine in the near future. Keep up the great work.

Re: Project Slo 6 0
the drip rails are a lot of work hands down. from the cutting and welding the seams up. but more importantly getting the door gaps back perfect. you don't realize how wide and messed up the gaps are until the rail is gone. but now that it is said and done it was worth it. thank you for the kind words

Re: Project Slo 6 0
not much of an update , i've been way too busy with work. Local speed shop had their annual presidents day sale. picked up a few parts. 50mm blow off valve, 44mm waste gate, and ordered a holley 95mm throttle body. waiting for the weather to warm up to finish up the body work. then off to suspension and turbo set up
