LOL!! I've been waiting for some one to discover this truck. This truck is my hero, my lover, and my dream.... Well maybe not my lover, but you get the idea. I first saw this truck 5 years ago or so at the Street Wheelers 100 foot dash in lethbridge alberta. Back then it had a 427. I think it came in third or so. He lost out to a S-10. I heard that he went home and jumped right into making it tougher. A few years later I saw it again, this time running a 540 on the bottle. Came in second against a 67 maro with the same engine size. The maro ran 100 feet in 1.32 seconds, the truck ran 1.72.... I still remember the smell. I've had a pic of it on my locker all these years. The thing I love about is that it looks so.... I want to say original, but that aint original... Plain, maybe? Clean? I dunno. Im pretty sure that still runs on the street.. Not that the lil' bastard does of course, He trailered it the 5 blocks from the track to the show and shine. Next year Im going to drive the nine hours back to lethbridge to see it again. I missed it this year... and last year. I used to live in friggen lethbridge, now I live in the rust capital of the world.

Sorry. I have a few personel issues with this truck. I'll seek therapy in the morning.
