thank you bnoon and yes the temp gauge has been moved over to the intake with the oil pressure gauge line screwed into the back of the block just beside the distributor so all good news there

thank you as well big blocks so far the motor seems to be running good and holding up fine now im having a issue with my TH350 leaking out of what seems to be every orifice it has since the truck sat for 6 months needing a motor it seems all the tranni seals have gone bad =(

always a work in progress once i get the carrier in the front end replaced i will look into either rebuilding this tranni or just buying a monster transmission
