Just because you have a bridge, and a cut bed, doesn't mean you can't run an exhaust out the back. It can be done....

Damn!! That makes me wet!! lol

Ok, so back to the exhaust pics. You can't tell me your rear end is going to be more crowded than this is. The point is, it CAN be done. You just have to want it done bad enough....

I would love to have it done up nice like that, but NO ONE around here will do it. Either it's lazyness(another side effect of hunger) or they just plain suck.

That's a good guess, but remember Buick and Olds big block motors are decieving. They don't have the same HUGE head that the Chevy big block does. Here's the details....

Engine:
455 Buick
TA Performance Stage 2 Street Eliminator Aluminum Heads
TA Performance Hydraulic Cam - .542/.550 lift; 238/248 duration; 112 lobe center
TA Performance Forged Rods
JE Pistons 8.5:1
Accel Gen VII electronic fuel injection
F-1 Procharger supercharger from ATI
Intake manifold, headers, exhaust, motor mounts, supercharger intake tubes and all brackets – hand fabricated by Ryan Butler

Just in case you want the rest of the story, here's a link....

I made it and did not ever really measure it. The axle it able to be submerged completely into the fram so I'd say its about 4-5". *shrugs*

Just for the record, my exhaust is at 45 degrees, not straight down. I just made my old exhaust work. Its only temporary though. Well temporary for 4 or 5 years.

N2TRUX, now that is a car.
