I will confirm on the 0.035 to 0.045 plug gap. My truck was converted from points to HEI and I couldn't figure out why my truck ran like crap until I checked the gap.
Also had to replace the points resistor wire which is easy enough to do with replacing the wire from the bulkhead. You'll need a new terminal end to do it properly though but then its oem. |

0.035" for points. Hei use 0.045" gap. Plugs are your choice. I use R44TS since I do a lot of slow cruising and very little hauling loads in my truck. If you convert to hei it will run a whole lot better.
