lotik, That is definetly one from a 69-72. I am looking around here for one that I took out of another dash that I cut the center section out of. I sent the center section off to be reproduced so we will have the patch panels for guys wanting to repair their dashes. 67s slid in a couple of V channels without any bearings, 68s had a simmeler channel but had friction springs in it , and the ash trays had two ball bearings mounted on them. The 69-72 had the nylon track like you have. If I can find that darn thing you can have it for the shipping. Like I said when you called, I normally throw them away. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

ashtrays

l have a 70 and 71 cab sitting side by side. the 70's ashtray screws in and the 71's is welded. who has a ashtray with the plastic rails for sale? i need one and have the tray and frame that screws in for sale or trade. you would not think ashtrays would be so confusing
