Where are these places in Michigan??????? Stupid rusty state. It would take me weeks to look at all those cars. I am so glad someone is saving them from rotting. So, what happens if someone decides to buy a car that is parked in the center of that barn?

i've heard that EXACT same phrase recently....

and yeah..... in many cases, he does.... just tryin to make a buck off of consignments....

but i cant totally cut him down... it only cost me $1 to get in and see 600-some classic cars and such (regardless of their prices)

I just can not comprehend PAYING to go and look at cars to buy.

Call me old fashioned.
However...in all honesty...I would cough up a buck to go look at them, just not if I was lookign to buy. I'd tell him to give ME a dollar so i could get a can of dew and then tell him to give a smoke.

Gun control, the theory that 110lb. women have the "right" to fistfight with 210lb. rapists.

The reason animal rights activists are more passionate about fur than leather is because it's safer to harrass rich women than bikers...

Hey Jewels, I thought you were moving to K.C.????
I am! In less than 2 weeks. My thesis defense had to be moved out. It is on Monday (of next week). And after that, I can pack up and move out! woohoo!

Yeah - I am really upset that I missed the Good Guys show in KC. But don't worry - I will be in KC shortly!

ciao!

I'll defend the 67 - 72 fords. That is (IMO) the best looking ford truck ever, the problem is, all the ford fans go for the 50's stuff.
The only 2 main problems with the 67 - 72 ford trucks is the inbred front suspention, and the glue sniffing induced front shock towers design. (and the fact that ford's quality control was on break from the early 60's untill now-ish)

The black panel is going for $2550, seems like a good deal. There are a ton of vehicles on his website, some are really nice.

I visited there back in 1996. Lots of nice vehicles. They had a white 71/72 K5 that was redone by one of the 4x4 magazines wanted I believe 20 grand back then.

Hey, you're in my neck of the woods, now!

It's been awhile since I've been down there, but that black panel is.......er,..........well, let's just say.........Mmmmmm.........$500.00 would be generous!! LOL!! Been there for over 3 years that I can recall. It's a '67 or '68 ? with a '70 grille, '72 bumper, and a '72 title, Tons of bondo, and a "Dupont" overhaul! If I remember correctly. Really a messed up truck!

From your pics, it looks like the quality and selection has improved alot. The really good stuff is kept inside, and it looks like the 67-72 trucks are starting to take over! LOL!

Really, if you like vintage cars and trucks, this place is worth visiting. LOTS of cool stuff there!
The guy has a good setup there. I think he told me he does 90% on commission, some of his own stuff, AND.....Charges monthly to display your vehicle (basically park it there)

Mike
