Yes, the sway bar is for the coil spring rear. I believe hotchkis only makes one sway bar, but I'll check for a part number

Shipping across the border is basically the same as shipping anywhere else. Their is an extra piece of paper you fill out that states the packages contents and its destination. The post master has always filled it out for me. I pay the taxes and duty when I pick it up. Sometimes its free and sometimes its not,I haven't figured how they decide whats free and whats not. The few times I didnt have to pay duty and taxes the contents of the package stated 1971 used truck part.
