I just paid over 5K for a similar mileage 5.7 with a 6 speed manual transmission. I had to have the 6 sp.but other than that, I would jump all over that deal. Really easy to swap a cam in it while it's out of the donor. Not that it will need it, but it will make it sound really awesome as well as run a bit better.
