Looking good there 60apache4. I have most of the same photos that you do. We must have the same photographer.

I'm painting it the same green that you see, but it will be two tone with white. It will become the Cheyenne like the K20 originally was. Someone on here has a super nice C20 that is two toned exactly like I am doing this truck. This K20 was very loaded and I'm putting all the options back on it plus some. Options that I can think of are buckets, am-fm, tilt, detroit locker rear, posi front, a/c, ps, pb, cheyenne, tow hooks (i added), tach, etc etc.

Here is a pic of a member's truck that is the same color combo that I am doing. I hope it turns out this nice.

I just did the body swap Saturday. No problems and was finished in a matter of minutes leaving the front clip bolted on as usual. All I used was a chain hoist, nylon strap, 2X12 through the cab, welding vise grips, one ratchet strap and a sling. PM me if you have any questions on my redneck body swap procedure. I have more pics, but they are on my other camera.

Cab and front clip are ready for paint. Now to get the bed, tailgate, hood and cowl ready. I'm using the 2WD frame as a paint dolly for the bed. I also covered the whole 4WD frame with plastic before I dropped the body on it.

More pics to come.....and dollars to spend.

continuing final touch ups on bed. I hope to have the bed and tailgate finished in next few weeks. Truck will be ready for paint at that point. Tailgate had a few minor dents but that was about it.
