On the washer bottle bracket, is it specific to certain years?

Hey I am looking for the inner fender seal this part #3766091 in the assembly manual and the seal #3766093 on a few sites but havent found one yet.
Wondering if you might have one.

The washer bottle bracket is correct for 64. Here is a photo of the cab mounts. All are usable with soft rubber and no cracks. PM sent.

64-65 seat belts without ends to bolt to the floor. These use the double groove system where you weave it thru and the tension holds it in place. $40
63 chevy seat belt buckles-$20
suburban lower seat springs-$40 set of three(2 front and 1 rear)

6 cyl. parts (price is $20 per hour as required to pull parts. example if it takes 15 min. to pull something then it is $5.) I have a couple of 230s, a 250, and some 292s. I also have a few V6 parts.
