First off welcome to the forum! Good luck with whatever project you choose.

The first truck is tempting because of the low initial cost but it will need everything! Will be cool when done even as a rough & ready 4x4 but will be a huge project.

Truck number 2 looks like a solid starting point at least from what can be seen. However my experience has taught be to buy the best truck you can find that is as close to what you want when finished as possible. There will still be lots to do on this one too.

I'd be very cautious buying anything you can't go see in person or at least prepare for the worst if you do buy long distance
