This may be a stupid question but how do your body mounts/ NOS ones differ from the previously produced inferior repro parts? Is it a different material or did you follow the NOS examples more closely?

What makes ours different than the other piece of crap set that is out there is, we use a different manufacturer with a much better blend of material. The other set (imported by LMC) is hads a natural rubber blend. The natural rubber is mixed with earthen material and black carbon. (essentially talcom powder mixed with rubber and carbon) Ours is a synthetic blend with carbon, added for color and oil and UV protectors to assure they do not degrade in the sun or if the oily spray your truck kicks up while driving down the road in the rain. For now we will be selling as sets (subject to change). Depends on the deal we strike with the manufacturer. WES

Incidentally our blend of material is what sets our gas filler grommets apart from others. This is why we can offer a lifetime warranty. Nobody else can or will do that for you. WES

I'd be in for cushions definitely, mine are OE and have about half that are bad. I would definitely do the hardware kit too, you know how it goes trying to remove original body bolts. What kind of finish would they be available in?

The nuts, bolts and washers will all be zinc coated. The sleeves may just be raw steel. It is going to depend on if I can find them pre-maid with a coating or not. There are coated ones on the market now, but their cost are more than triple what I found in plain steel. WES

Wes I think it would be great to either offer or include the sleeves as they are so often trashed. The carriage bolts would be nice to offer separate as those aren't tough to locally source if you know the lengths.

I would also suggest that you offer the offset washers if possible.

Hardware is really going to be the least expensive parts. It is more a matter of convenience for the customer not to have to source those on their own. The expense of the kit wouldn't be reduced that much because of it. As for the off-set washers, the blazers did not have them from the factory. LMC offers them in their kits but I can only speculate as to why. I will offer my kits as they were from the factory. WES

The offset washers are very helpful for knuckleheads like me who round out the square holes in the floor pan during removal of the decades old rusty hardware (better to grind off the heads and punch through the bolt shaft). Also useful for keeping the head secure up top when you are tightening the bolts solo from below.
