Re: Anyone ordered parts from Western Chassis lately?
I don't quite understand why it's hard to believe the seller is Western Chassis. Before buying I even confirmed with WC that this is their standard 13100 spindle.
I guess the link I posted earlier in this thread works only for the eBay member who placed the order, so I cut this from the order confirmation page: 1973-1987 Chevy C10 GMC C15 Pickup 2.5" Drop Spindle Set for 1 1/4" Rotor Sale westernchassis (1026 feedback score) Item condition: New Compatibility: See compatible vehicles Sale date: Feb 17, 2017 Quantity: 1 Price: US $239.00 And, again, this: Item specifics Brand: WC Manufacturer Part Number: 13100 Seller's description This is for a "Brand New in the box" Set of 2.5" FRONT LOWERING SPINDLES #13100. Guys this is a great deal, normally sells for $275 and we are including free shipping. FITS: 1973 to 1987 Chevy C10 and GMC C15 pickups with 1 1/4" rotors ONLY. Includes: Set of 2.5" Drop Spindles Limited Lifetime Warranty INCLUDES FREE SHIPPING TO THE LOWER 48 STATES ONLY!

Re: Anyone ordered parts from Western Chassis lately?
OK - I see the 239 deal now - they must have edited the auction terms- now showing $42 shipping.
Have one more day with the 10% off sale @ Western website - will need to make a decision soon. |

Unless you need the spindles right away, I suggest checking both websites every day until you find a deal! I don't have access to discounted business shipping rates, but a 50 lb package shipped to TX from CA in 3 business days must cost them at least $40. My order shipped Monday via Fed Ex Ground is is scheduled to arrive this Thursday. FedEx shipment details: Reference: 16xxxxx Ship date: Feb 20, 2017 Scheduled delivery: Thu, 2/23/2017 by end of day Service type: FedEx Home Delivery Packaging type: Package Number of pieces: 1 Weight: 50.00 lb.

Re: Anyone ordered parts from Western Chassis lately?
That's one heck of a good deal. I think I paid $279 from Summit and had to pay tax as well since they now have a warehouse in Tx.

Re: Anyone ordered parts from Western Chassis lately?
Received my 1.25" spindles today. Return address on the FedEx label says Western Chassis, Covina, CA. Packing list says they were sent from Western Chassis, and "WESTERN" is cast into the spindle.
So, I'm gonna take a leap of faith and say they are made and sold by Western Chassis.

Re: Anyone ordered parts from Western Chassis lately?
Placed my spindle order with Western on Tuesday - last day for the 10 off sale.
$280, tax, title, license, to the door. For a flip kit & shock extenders , Summit was tad better. Springs and shocks I can go local with Napa. |
