Good point, I had only liability on mine, now it's nearing completion I insured it with Hagerty for $55K. Easy to overlook the increase in value and just drive it. The kids insurance may have no clue as to the value and cost

The truck means nothing. It's just an object.
If the owner has his life and health, that's all that matters. Sounds like he has that. He should be counting his lucky stars. That said, I do hope he can get a good value for the truck from the insurance payoff. Then he can get something new for a replacement and get back to enjoying his hobby. |
