I don't talk about radio openings anymore. I'm a little slow. It took me awhile to notice your comment.

My 14 year old granddaughter has laid claim to this one. She has been helping on it, and laying down laps in the pasture.

I remember that discussion on radio openings and thought it was hilarious.

Can you tell us about the 69 Impala you have out back?

Re: Did I need this one. No. Did I want it. Yes

The '69 Impala is a low mileage 2 dr, with the sloped roof, not the formal roof.

It took a hard hit in the left 1/4. A friend of mine bought it from the salvage yard and used the motor and trans. I got the body because it had a ton of bolts, clips, door handles, factory 8 track, etc. Every time I think about hauling it to the crusher, I find something else I need off of it.

Of course you know that all started out of all the dash cutting discussion in some other threads. I figured everybody would know I was BS'ing, but it didn't take that one long to get out of hand.

I too thought it was hilarious, but some people got real hurt over it
