This is my Pontiac dash, but throwing it out there because I just converted the illumination to LED. Pretty much every modern LED replacement I've found for 194s will dim these days.

Here are three different styles of LED, the second ones being blue. I prefer the last one, which is a bright white 194 LED replacement.

I like that last one too. Is it pretty tedious to convert over to LEDs?
