I finally got it home.
Pulled the windshield and outer cowl, vacuumed the cowl and vents out, wire brushed the windshield seal channel Found the rot in the top left worse than I thought. The vent areas, without busting out a mirror to look, look pretty good actually. Forgot to get pics of them. The drip rails are in worse shape too. I didn't notice the rot on the left side before.

Last pics for now
Anyone have some suggestions? I wasn't expecting the perforations in the left a pillar top... The roof rot would probably take a new inner panel and center drip rail to fix correctly, if I had to guess. Though, I am new at this haha I'd like to get it fixed up decently enough to run for a while before I really tear into it. Again, 2 younguns and mama at home and I work 50+ a week, so time and $ budget are a bit slim for now haha Next weekend I fly back up to CO to help my buddy move down along with my new engine!
