More escutcheon pictures, the top left one has dirt on it. Looks like all the tabs are intact, no cracks. They are pliable, and were easily removed.

It's a Boman-Astrosonix. Like I said, I haven't messed with it, other than to see if it would light up, and it doesn't. Note that the faceplate has separated. $75 shipped?
