Re: Repurposed 67-72 truck parts used in your 67-72
About as straight-forward as it gets: I put a '67 gauge panel and an '71-'72 bumper on my '69.

Not necessarily used ON the truck, but used FOR the truck --
I used part of the old bed supports to make mounting points for the caster wheels I used for my cab rotisserie. |

Just remembered today a simple little thing I did. I bought a N.O.S. Stepside tailgate and made it mount on a Reading utility bed. Those have tailgates about 8" high and J needed a full tailgate to haul 12' boxes of Aluminum siding. That and for cool factor of course. I also cut in rear deluxe side marker lights into the lower rear doors of the utility bed/ I also mounted factory clearance lamps on a the top with no raised pods

Re: Repurposed 67-72 truck parts used in your 67-72
The top curved sections of scrap front fenders can also be used to repair the rusted bottoms of rear stepside fenders on 67-72's. No one makes rust repair sections to fix these....the radius matches the curves on the rears.
