Its a bit hard to see in your pics but how much space do you have? I had to switch to a smaller dual diaphragm brake booster because my hotside was in the way.

To help you answer your question it may be good to know what brake performance you want. Some people really prefer the very "boosted" on/off switch feel of a hydraulic booster and some enjoy the progressive feel of manual brakes with better pads. If you want to tow, the hydroboost is probably great. If you want to do an occasional autocross the manual brakes will be more easily controlled on the limit. It's the old addage of any system will lock up the tires, so which one is really better?

Gonna be a truck to take out for Fri/Sat night cruise, local stuff 5-10 miles. She will see the track, but will be on a trailer more times then not (when headed to the track)

That is one serious header!!

If you hold your phone in landscape orientation when you take pictures, then they will show up correctly without any extra work.

I have no idea what landscape mode is.
But in doing so, I found out I can put arrows on my picture on point to things! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Landscape = holding your phone sideways so the photo is wider than it is tall

I gotta mock it up again (sorry I missed your post earlier). My son has 2 ball games tomorrow, and we play on Sunday. Depending on outcomes of those will determine if I can get some work done on it this weekend. We were supposed to be off (baseball), but last minute changed that. I may feel froggy this evening, but in this heat, after long week, doubtful I get in the garage tonight.

I need to mock most everything back up (just had pulled everything apart so I could wire the truck)

Update:

Well, the heat finally did me in and had to take the summer off. After working 11 hour days, I was finding it tough going trying to get work done in 95* heat and 1,000,000% humidity. LOL

So, weather has finally cooled down some and plan on getting back on her so I can have her back on the road for her 50th birthday (May 2022)

Re: 72 C10 SWB LSx Build, truck with no name

I just got the Terminator X Max for my a969 C10 with 5.3 rebuilt LS with 4l60E tranny. I have the PSI full LS engine kit with brain and honestly I am not a fan of that only because i cannot see, manipulate, or play with the data in the system. So with this one i can do everything and that is what i want. Yet to install it, but will be next weekend.

Re: 72 C10 SWB LSx Build, truck with no name

following this.
Question why you running a carb intake if you go Turbo. are planning on Blowthrough carb?
Are you running a twin Turbo? If single why you use the forward manifold on the Driver Side?
i had the terminator X on a previous build ( i just sold) ... its great fro what you doing. Just FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS no shortcuts with Bat power and ground!! and you will be fine.

i have a similar build right now 69 LWB to SWB but i cant decide between a cammed 5.3 LS i have sitting here or a nice BUICK 455 i have as well.

i think i try the 4551st to see how she fits in there and oil pan clearance
if that dont work the LS will become the choice
https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...d.php?t=820880

IF LS i will ONLY do Terminator X its worth the $even my dumb ass was able to figure out tuning.
