Re: New issue. Now the brakes.
Well my brakes are fixed. It was all my fault the entire time. I had the front calipers installed on the wrong sides making the bleeder below the fluid line in. I feel stupid but at least I stuck to it and was able to figure it out. The driveway was a sloppy mess so I did not drive it but I can confirm that I do have a really nice pedal now with the engine running. Thanks to all who gave input or advise. The truck will have an appointment next week for alignment and inspection so I can register and then resto complete. I'm getting excited!

Good on ya for gettin it fixed!
Is the driveway a mess from brake fluid? Several things will work -- I usually use cat litter.

Re: New issue. Now the brakes.
Ha ha! No. The trucknis at my parents in their shop and they have a gravel driveway what gets kind of soupy when it rains and we have had a lot of rain the last few days. I want to minimize the mess on the truck since I plan to take it to its first car show memorial day weekend.
