Plenty of nice suburbans that are still affordable can be found. I find nice clean examples also in the junk yards. I don't see suburban's going up in value as much as the K5s.

Yea you are in a gold mine my friend. I set my marketplace location to WA and all the clean barn door 4x4 burbs for cheap pop up. It's dealing with someone long distance that I am finding difficult.
