Welcome.....
I too am without my truck. Didn't think it could make the 3k miles from Spokane, WA to Hampton, VA. Hope to get it out here this summer. Been here 2 months and miss it alot. This board is great and has helped me numerous times.

Welcome from OK.

It must be great to have a
truck that you know the history of - everytime i work on mine, I discover the poor maintenance
history all over again.

ADVANTAGE

I GUESS GETTING MY DADS TRUCK IS A HUGE ADVANTAGE..I DO KNOW IT HAS SOME UPGRADES...I KNOW ITS BEEN GEARED LOW BECAUSE HE HAD PLANNED ON LIFTING IT AND PUTTING ON 35'S...ILL HAVE TO FINISH THAT...I KNOW IT HAS ELECTRIC FANS, IT HAS A NEWER CHEVY IGNITION WICH I GUESS IS BETTER? IT ALSO HAS TWO DEALER OPTION SADDLE TANKS UNDER THE BED..IT HAS BEEN EXTREMELY WELL MANTAINED AND HAS NO RUST...ITS JUST NEEDS A LITTLE TLC...HOSES,BELTS ,ETC... IT ALSO NEED THE AC CONVERTED TO THE NEW FREON..BUT THE DRIVE TRAIN,INTERIOR, AND PAINT ARE FRESH....
