You can look up the equipment by RPO codes here-

https://outintheshop.com/options.html

If the SPID gets full, there is provision for adding to it. I'll see if I can find it. I've only ever seen it once. There is still room on your SPID for more options.

Found the instructions for SPID labels, Page 7 of the Factory Assembly Instruction Manual:

"IN THOSE INSTANCES WHERE THE NUMBER OF OPTIONS ON THE UNIT EXCEEDS THE CAPACITY OF ONE LABEL, THE EXCESS IS PRINTED ON THE LEFT COLUMN ONLY OF THE SECOND LABEL. THIS SECOND LABEL IS TO BE CUT IN HALF DOWN THE CENTER AND ONLY THE LEFT HALF AFFIXED TO THE VEHICLE, ADJACENT TO THE FIRST LABEL. LABEL OR LABELS ARE TO BE CENTERED ON INSIDE SURFACE OF GLOVE BOX DOOR."

I've only ever seen one, and it was incorrect- the label had been cut horizontally instead of as instructed above.

Good Info on the provision.

Line worker may have installed it wrong because lack of training. ??

Possibly, or maybe a fake? I always wondered about my SPID reading "TURBO HYDRAMATUC" Never understood why there was a "u" instead of an "i", when every other plant seemed to get it right. I've seen other Fremont trucks with the "u" on the SPID for the trans. Based on my (admittedly short) time on the assembly line, getting it wrong wouldn't be surprising. Also, given the rarity of that number of options, I shouldn't be surprised. How many of us have even seen an SPID with the added half-sheet? I don't even remember where I saw it on here. Either in the SPID thread, or in a "for sale" thread. I used to be pretty good with some C Shell search stuff, but I've long since forgotten it. I'm not even going to try a search, since I'm willing to bet that it'll possibly jack up the database. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

The factory misspelled decals quite a bit. My blue driver's door decal on my 1970 Blazer reads "MULTI-PRUPOSE VEHICLE" I am requesting the same misspelling when I have the new one made.
