TTT. I also have a few hangers for the back of the toolbox where it attaches to the bed.

Can anyone advise what the correct size is for the hardware? Machine screws and the screws to hold the fiberglass box into the bedside? Also any suggestions on what to use for the gasket?

I was just thinking the same thing. I did get hinges from PAPA Smurf and they are an exact duplicate for the originals.
