I would say yes on the c-notch, only because when I switched from 4" to 5" drop springs in the back I started hitting the bump stops, while riding over big bumps or hauling stuff. My springs are from Classic Industries, though, and they make the truck sit lower than the same drop spring from Classic Truck Enterprises, maybe because they are made from smaller diameter steel and ride nicer. I did use the bolt on c-notch kit, panhard bar relocater kit (which I installed different than recommended for more clearance), and shock relocater brackets from CTE. I still use air shocks, though, because I haul stuff. Someday I will get the short shocks and air bags for the rear, but they don't grow on the trees around here.

Sorry, brain fart, I meant Early Classic Enterprises (ECE). No such thing as CTE. I did get my springs from Classic Industries, though.

Bowtiefreak- 255/50 on 17x8 and 275/50 on 17x9, both with 4.5"bs. The blue I used on the interior is Rustoleum (I think) enamel called "sail blue". Maaco tried to match the outside and got a little less bright of a blue. It's all temporary and next time I think I will do more research, and use a factory color such as the "Grabber Blue" on '69 Mustangs or the Geo Metros.
