Does the tilt column have the ignition switch on it or is it made for a truck that has the ignition switch on the dash?

I got confused at the description and don't understand if the board member meant that just the cruise arm is for a mid seventies truck or the entire column?

Thanks

The tilt is set up for our pickups, ignition in the dash. The cruise arm is supposedly for a mid 70's but I don't know about the whole column. Sorry, wish I were more knowledgeable.

1. Will this tilt fit in my truck: a 1971 Chevrolet half ton 2WD?

2. Is the turn signal mechanism in good shape?

3. Is the tilt lever and tilt mechanism in good shape?

4. Does it still have the shift lever? What condition is it?

5. Why are you selling it?

6. Did you take it out?

7. Do you have a way of posting or sending me a picture?

Thanks for your quick reply.

Tilt questions

1. Will this tilt fit in my truck: a 1971 Chevrolet half ton 2WD?
I am told it will, I bought it for my 1972 Chevrolet half ton 2WD.

2. Is the turn signal mechanism in good shape?
Seems to be.

3. Is the tilt lever and tilt mechanism in good shape?
Seems to be.

4. Does it still have the shift lever? What condition is it?
Yes. The column needs cleaned up, sanded, painted and installed from what I can tell. It does not have the red pointer/gear indicator but everything else is there.

5. Why are you selling it?
I am selling my truck and all parts.

6. Did you take it out?
No and I am not an expert on these trucks or their parts. Just telling you what I know or what I've been told by people I trust.

7. Do you have a way of posting or sending me a picture?
I'll see if I have time today to take a digi pic and post for you. But it looks like all of the tilt columns you've ever seen for our trucks.

Thanks!!
