Another welcome from Mississippi. Putter, I haven't fired up my mower yet. The weeds and clover are so high now that I think I'm gonna pay to have it cut. Don't think my little 6hp will handle it.

This place is busy. Usually, senior members of a forum feel that us new folks are invading their turf. NOT HERE. You guys are open and willing to help a I appreciate it greatly. Quick note to Palf70Step, where in Southern, MS are you? I get down to Hattiesburg and Gulfport alot. Also, to GMan69, where in Jackson? I am south near Byram. Again, thanks everyone for your hospitality.
Putter

Okay, pictures pending. I will try and remember to bring the disk to work with me in the morning. Off the top of someone's head, what is the size limit for posting pix? I read one post that mentioned he had to try and try again to get them to fit. Thanks.

Reducing pictures to post here the two requirements are; the maximum file size is 102400 bytes AND the image can be no wider than 642 pixels. If you don't do both of these you should see one of the following error messages.

There is a bunch of great information in the archive's. If it is about these truck's it has probably been asked before. Don't be afraid to use the search function.

Hey guys, again, thanks a ton for the warm welcome. As far as pics are concerned, I got a few, none of the novas yet, I will work on that. This first one is what is happening to my 71 right now. It is saying goodbye, reluctantly. It has been a great truck, but as you will see in the next couple of pics, I have a ton of projects and am trying to get some of them done.
This truck, while it isn't bad, just doesn't fit in with the grand scheme at the moment. I haven't given up on trucks though, my pops has a *****in 68 and a 72 gmc that is very solid. Anyways, here are a couple of pics.

This is my 1972 sportster, well almost, it used to be, still has the cases anyway. It is a nitromethane powered, carbureuted, high gear only missile. Should be good for around 160mph
