BEEN THERE DONE THAT!!!! I have put deisel in my truck. It smoked like a semi for about a week. And the pinging and deiseling was awful. Ran like a million dollar truck after that.

And by the way Jewels, you take way too many incriminating pictures. Stuff like filling your tank full of deisel is a hush hush issue.

LMAO!!!!
Andy, that was supposed to be a private secret! j/k! Well, I would have hidden that secret about the diesel fuel, but it unfortunately happened on the way to a board meet! hee hee! But, at least I was smart enough to NOT start up my engine with the fuel in there! Had to have shadetree come to the Flyin J gas station and siphon my tank for me before I could go anywhere.... he did a great job too! I have since replaced my fuel filter many times since then -- imagine that! Well, there are a lot of plusses about me, thats true. But with every plus, comes a minus. Here are some of the few I can think about off the top of my head: 1. I'm intelligent (men dont like an intelligent woman ) 2. I dont let anything get by me - and I fight over just about anything - I'm very competitive for a woman 3. I am stubborn STUBBORN and STUBBORN!!! 4. I love my truck. DONT TOUCH MY TRUCK!!!! DONT DO IT!!! I'll Have to kick your ass!!!!! 5. I spend way too much time on my truck. 6. In so many ways, I'm air headed --- like filling my tank with diesel fuel... I call myself the absent minded professor. Mom says I'm just an engineer --- we apparently walk around with side-blinders on??? 7. I am lacking in the sense of humor. But I have been making a concerted effort to make up in that area... and my best friend says I've improved ten fold.... still.... sometimes I just dont get the jokes.... he he Ok. Thats enough jewels-bashing for now! ciao! jewels.

Girls
That list is short! I have a very long list for myself. Anyhow, we've all made boo boo's. I pulled an all nighter a few years ago when installing a new ford 9" in my 82 camaro bracket car. Thrashed to get it to the races the next day. I was so tired but I was excited to. I let go of the trans brake and it hooked hard (without even breaking...i grenaded the previous rear). As the car got faster, so did this annoying sound. Problem is, 10 seconds isn't much time to try to figure out the problem and I have a severe lead foot. After going through the traps and realizing that something is really wrong, I tried limping it back to the pits. Needless to say, the rear wheels locked up going down the return road. Funny thing is, I remembered that rearends need lubrication. What a dummy. In my mad rush, I forgot to put the rearend fluid in. Ever try moving a car with locked wheels, spool and sticky slicks? It was pure hell loading it on the trailer........sad thing was, I took the open trailer instead of the enclosed. On the bright side, I'm pretty good at setting up ford 9" rears now

Don't feel bad Jewels about that diesel. I used to own a Diesel Chevette and the fuel got siphoned out twice by a thief while I was in college. I bet they had a suprise when they put that "fuel" in their car.....lol Not to many people expected a Chevette to be a diesel......
