Re: 72 Suburban Build

Burb is still looking good! A couple of us in Charleston were talking about you the other day. Wondered why you had dropped off from the board. I understand the working/time thing. Take care.

Here's a couple videos my brother shot with his phone. They're not great but they put a smile on my face.

Re: 72 Suburban Build

Well I have been driving the Burb quite a bit to local shows. Luckily my 2.5 year old son LOVES helping dad work on it (I had to put new water pump gaskets on). I enjoy it too. Unfortunately...there are usually tools or fasteners that end up walking off. Oh well, a small price to pay.

Re: 72 Suburban Build

Spent the morning yesterday fixing an annoying transmission leak that I had. Everything is good now. After I cleaned up my son and I went for a ride.

Re: 72 Suburban Build

Went out for a cruise last night and ran into a nice sled in town. Today I drove it to work (60 miles one way) and parked next to my buddy who drove his hot rod in.

Re: 72 Suburban Build

I haven't posted on here in a little while. The Burb is still running great. I've been spending most of my time on my Volvo sleeper I'm building (turbo LS motor in a 79 Volvo 264). I just got a LS7 intake with a drive by wire throttle body for it. You can follow updates here http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=594252 if you are interested.
