That's awesome man!

Quick question for ya. Did you build any kind of cross brace for the lower part of the bed in the back or just the upper bed floor braces.

Yes I built a cross brace where the factory bed floor normally bolts to the bedsides at the very back corners behind the taillights. So passenger rear corner to drivers rear corner. Pretty much between the bumper and tail gate gap, if that makes sense.

Probably missed it in the build somewhere, but I am curious how you bolted the frame to the inner bedside here.


Nutsert or some other method?

Grade 8 bolts and nuts. Bolts through the frame and bedsides and nuts on the backside. You can reach up between the bedsides and get the nuts on.
