Re: Project two tone.

Nice progress TJ! I am finally getting back on my '64 short step 292 project. Feeling a little more energized after working on her a bit today. Hitting up a swap meet tomorrow. Started peeling off my rockers today and will have additional work to do on the sub panels as well. Glad I can weld :-)

Re: Project two tone.

What kind of rocker arms are you using? Are they stock? Only reason I ask is that on our race motor, 230 and 250 both have roller rockers on them with just a little bit of clearance on both the first and last rocker arm. I was just wondering. Thanks.

Re: Project two tone.

Keep them coming. Can't wait to see what you exhaust and intake are going to look like. Are you going to us a split header for dual exhaust?

It'll have the same intake and exhaust setup currently on my 66's 292. All the same except the carb I'll be using.

Man I can't wait to see this thing running. Brings back a lot of memories of working with my dad and the 292 in his pickup.
