I agree, rushing will cause you to cut corners or forget something important, which would'nt be good.

After driving it around Phoenix I regret not driving it the whole way, she ran great. Unfortunatley I didn't get a chance to shake it down before the trip so decided to haul it down. (hangin head in shame).

Thats it! I am sellin' the farm and headin' to AZ. Dino you have such a COOL HERD of trucks. The following that you have on this site is just awesome. The SouthWest is just right for preserving these old trucks. Your Sub build is over the top COOL! Delmo your truck is SO SWEET that I just can't stop lookin' at it. I love when a truck is left in its original skin and dropped to the ground. My '65 is going to set on porterbuilt dropmember stuff. I have everything here and this winter it is going to have all my spare time put into it. The sad part is the paint is not original. The patina look is what I would love to have, but that part of my truck is long gone. You guys on this site give me hope and inspire me to ...GET 'ER DONE! Wish me luck. P.S. I was only kiddin' about sellin' out, My roots are too deep here in Illinois.

Highlight of the weekend for me and my wife besides the Italian food was cruisin in the crewcab. Mowin the grass at Goodguys with the rear plate and goovin to Brickhouse. soooo much fun bro.

Del what a great weekend thanks so much for comin over, me and my ball and chain really enjoy you and ola company, the cruz out to good guys in our trucks was priceless for me(brick house) pat and his wife just left our house and in the am heading back to germany how cool were those kats!! and for the dudes that came over the party friday night big thanks rob,eric, oscar ,enrique,joe,sam,moose, seth and simon,justin and crew of scotts hotrods and a bunch of other really cool dudes, kevin whips came out and took a ton of photos and i think they will be in street trucks, and good guys was huge!! and meet some more kats from the board what a great weekend!!

Rollin to the show beside the crew was amazing. We were both a good 1/16 off the pavement the whole way. The roads in Phoenix are a dream come true. I really wish we got some pics of them together though.
It was great meeting all those guys, ultra nice and great builders.

Thanks Man!! Also, thanks for the invite. It was great to meet a bunch of fellow gearheads who don't require flashy paint. There were some uber-*****in' trucks at your place and only one had shine to the paint!! Way cool!!
Yeah, Justin is a great guy. It was cool to chat with someone of his caliber. I checked his display out at the show and to say his craftsmanship is beautiful definitely does not do it justice.

Was hoping to see your Suburban out there, but it will be bishin' when it's done. Good thing that looking at this never gets old!!
