I really like the Bead rolling on the sides... That will really look great once completed... The Wheel Tubs look Great... You are (as usual) doing a awesome job on this truck...

What brand bead roller did you use? looks like an accurate machine did it. looks "factory"

his bead roller is a Woodward fab 36 inch, it is a great bead roller !

Finally broke down and went all out and bought the Eastwood fancy schmancy brake / air / fuel line tool ! Along with a ton of stainless and aluminum line from Speedway

wat i usually do to straighten tube is clamp one end in the vice hold the other end in some visegrips and give it a few good yanks
as long as you support the line after youre done its straight as an arrow after that , just need to cut the ends off

idea's for the trucks and the order of things to do are taking shape and get closer to being realized , a few more months and i be able to start building for real

i complete 2 of the trucks intoo running fashion one custom and one basicly stock the thirth will be sacrificed for parts

Well here was a little Valentines day progress ! LOL, my wife came to the shop with me and we made some good progress on getting the bed side panels braced and screwed into place to hold them secure

I have that same diff. Cover on "Raymond"... It fits and seals real nice... Advise tho... Clearcoat it be fore you install it

What gauge sheet are you using for the interior bed? When you bead roll, does it change the part dimensions? Do you have to bead roll and then cut the part to the proper dimensions after or can you bead roll after it cut?

20 guage, it doesn't change the size but it does warp it a little
