It can’t have 2 tone paint he says it’s never been restored and that step bumper must have came with it from the factory

Seller is a stand up guy. He bought a C10 from me years ago and we’ve done work on a few of his projects since. Buy with confidence.

I agree, cool old truck that has a lot of potential but listings such as this one always get me.

Seller claims 100% original survivor, yet it appears the paint is not all original, wrong mirrors, aftermarket bumper, custom seat cover, wrong fan, wrong shroud, later wheels and caps, wrong pedal pads, aftermarket hubs, most likely a replacement engine and on and on. Vent over....

Don't disagree at all. Nowadays, I ignore pretty much anything sellers state in their ads (except for members' ads). We all have to do our homework, 'buyer beware' is true more than ever before. I do think that a good portion of the misrepresentation is just folks that don't know any better that are regurgitating all the buzz words they see on ads listed by "resto" shops that slap Super badges on every Custom10 they shorten. Bah Humbug! Ha But I digress..
I try to post only trucks that can at least be returned to original pretty easily. But mirror holes are my nemesis.. What a pain to undo that kinda buffoonery - what I don't understand is why these dime store mirrors show up on some high end rebuilds - happens way too often.

Very nice, not convinced on the forestry connection (I have a set of those stickers too). The blue interior is weird but cool at the same time.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2

The hugger / blue K-10 has been on the "for sale" circuit for years.

Blue / Orange combo is gut wrenching ugly, I don't care how "rare" it is.

Black, Tan, Parchment, but definitely not blue over hugger orange.

Great start to a nice ride if it's "rust free", like most of them out there for sale.

At least it's only interior trim pieces that can easily be swapped for a different color

I really like the odd/unusual color combos. I missed buying a bronze 71 GMC 3/4 ton 4x4 that had olive interior. So ugly it was cool!

I love the color combo! It’s what is cool about the GMCs and the best part of these trucks is when they are UNIQUE. well that’s my opinion as someone who has been on this board for over 20 years 🤣

It would be a boring world if everyone liked the same colors.

I've often dreamed of being at a Chevy dealer in 1972 with my Dad and we were going to order that brand new truck, you know, short bed, 4x4 Cheyenne Super, etc. Orange and Blue is not what I would have ordered, but I'm sure it would be a first choice for those who "Love" the combination.

It's great would don't all like the same stuff for sure.

I'm thinking it's the condition of the undercarriage, I'd expect it to be at least painted for $22,000 but that's just me
