Interior will be put in after the dash....waiting to see if my upholsterer will send me a replacement panel after the first one was ripped in shipping.

We have glass!

Tried the rope trick, broke one windshield.

Had installers come, they tried their way, broke one windshield.

Flapped disc'd the spot welds, crimped all the wide welds, and POR-15'd the bare metal.

Had installers come again, success!

Very tired after going to Roger Waters last night

I saw Pink Floyd Row 1 in 1993, now Waters in Row 11.

Will be able to rest in peace now....

Started the interior today, let the carpet sit out in the sun then tried to get it to form a bit better to the floor.

Put in my old speakers too.

www.StockInteriors.com

It's not navy but called royal blue. It's the ultraplush type with mass backing. Very nice quality imho.

Awesome truck! I noticed that your hood hinge seal appear new. Are they? And if so, where did you get them?

Thanks!

Awsome build. I can't imagine starting with a project so rusty.

I am not a painter but I have been around it alot. I was alway told with a pearl its very important to paint them at once and together. I hope a am wrong but I have a bad feeling your doors will look like a different color once installed.

Same cans of paint, same temperature and humidity, parts were sprayed in their correct orientation, and a totally new paint job & not one where I'm trying to match some mystery pearl shade....I'm not too worried about it.

Got the seats set in today and marked the holes in the carpet. Need to pick up some longer seat bolts tomorrow so the bolts can reach the nuts through the fat carpet backing...steering wheel is on finally too.
