Re: dinos just a clean bagged 66 shortbed

Damn... Looking good! I really like the gauge cluster. I wish I had the money right now to get some new gauges for my truck but it can wait and I will change them out later. Great idea, do you guys have a special stamping die to make the radius'?

It's funny, those seats reminded me that I saved some gold material from drapes that were in my house when we bought it. I thought it would be really cool as seat inserts in a wild 60s style custom.

How come every time I see those seats, I hear mariachi music? They appear to have been done south of the border. My brother had a pair of bell-bottom pants in the early '70s with almost the same material. He was a stylish dude. The problem was, I was 4 years younger than him, and I got all of his hand-me-downs when they were waaay out of style.
yeah joe said the same thing about one mistake .... start all over... them seats are very disco

Re: dinos just a clean bagged 66 shortbed

Very nice quality build. I see you just mounted the front air bags directly to the lower a arm with no cup or anything. Does this only work with the firestone bags you are using?? I have a very very similar setup with a p/c crossmember and slam ss7 bags and i have always wondered if it would be ok if the bag touched the arm from being mounted directly to the arm?? Any insight would be appreciated.
