Yeah, I really like this one too. Camper part appears to be very nice inside. Love the white with red interior too. All the good campers are in the NW or Colorado...

We do a lot of one and two day road trips in our older cars over the holiday weekends. I think a camper like this would be a more comfortable way to do it. BTW, our Blazer was originally white on red, and we plan to return it to that combo some day.

One of my favorites Ken, original 516 paint K20s aren't just lying around everywhere these days. Good luck with your sale!

Well, I’d gladly pay you $500 for the rest of the truck once you pull out the $4500 interior . But the shipping from Canada would kill me!

Agree - red interiors scream late 60’s and i have a thing for red dashes and steering wheels, can’t explain it. This interior is one that is in great condition while looking only a few years old. Would look great in a nice, unrestored pickup.

Prices are crazy up here, if the body is as clean as it looks, I could get an easy $1500 up here for the clip alone. The cab would require some work to put back to stock but would sell for about $3000 after repairs.

Point is, if it was local, I would already own it as I see nothing but dollar signs and ways to get other trucks back on the road. While making my truck awesome.

Two set of buddies!

https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/p...726130976.html

Buddy Buckets in EXC COND. Really nice, ready to run. Recovered with very little wear. No rust or damage. Complete with handles, slides, mounts, center boxes and hardware. These are a "bolt in" for 67-72 GM trucks and fit most others with a flat floor. Seats in this condition normally sell for $1,200+.

ONE WEEK SALE: $900 each. Take your choice. $900 each.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

Another odd one that someone here is needing. 58 pop up camper.

https://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/...724227839.html

I have a rare find that came out of a barn in eastern Oregon a few years ago.

It has some original documentation to go with it- a letter from the manufacturer dated 1968, an envelop postmarked 1977, and a 1962 installation drawing for the refrigerator.

This is a hard-sided pop-up truck bed slide-in camper that is a non-cab-over version. The tagline is "it raises it lowers."

I believe that 1958 was the second year that Alaskan campers were in production.

The condition is fair to good, and I have not begun to restore it yet. The aluminum skin looks great, especially the top shiny part- it has not been painted or gunked up with silicone caulk, although someone applied a small amount of white roof sealer along two seams.
The inside is all original, and the main condition issue is that the hydraulic jack that lifts upper half to pop it up has leaked oil and stained the carpet.
I believe the original Norcold fridge may work, as well as the gas stove and oven.
Of course, some restoration work and updating of electrical and plumbing is needed, but the fixtures and badges and details mostly remain in tact.

Garaged for most of the time that I have owned it, and was in a barn for many years prior to that. I have not even poked around to look for dry rot in the wooden frame, but I imagine that any rot will be limited to the usual areas around the vents, windows, and edges of the roof, if any.

Please email me for additional photos and details. Make offer. Thank you.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

Not Craigslist, but there are some very desirable looking 67-72 trucks going up for auction in a few weeks, just north of Houston (online bidding available)

http://www.vanderbrinkauctions.com/a...rn-collection/

(I've nothing to do with it, but the auction company is top notch, have dealt with the before, and I got this in my email box this morning...)
