John,
I was a Honda mechanic at a dealership in Utah (way way back) and they have had a history of clutch disc problems going back to at least the '83 year model Civics & Accords which is when I first started replacing them on warranty. (man do I feel old now)

Did I happen to mention that my birthday is 2 days before the meet? - no gifts please, just money for paint.

Give the guy you sold it to a ring- maybe it's sitting in his driveway with a blown clutch and he'll sell it back to you for 1/4 what he paid for it

Yea man old Rock-a Billy was a sweet ride. Funny I was looking at some pics from the BBQ and was wondering what happen to it.
