Wonder if a trim ring would help brake up all the white on white.

Paint the wheels a different color, maybe a darker red to match the patina spots in the truck. With those caps u have, it will mellow out the red and give it alittle pop to it. Just an idea

I think the black wheel with cap and white walls would look good. And unique.

I've got black rally wheels with chrome rings and caps and I'm trying to decide whether to paint the wheels silver or white. I personally love the raised white letters...
