i said screw it, stuck the 40's underneathe my 4 inch lift. just did a little cuttin. when i get my lift on and all that i'm getting new fenders and flatbeddin it.

I think perfect sheet metal on a 4x4 that is actually built to be driven is way overrated...low & big tires looks wicked!

What gears you runnin? I have a 4 inch lift with 3 inch body, would that take 40's without cutting you think? I'm still doin body work on mine so I'm just doin R/D and gettin ideas...

Wow jdeere, I have a 6" lift with 35's and there isn't a lot of room left, you must have done a bit of cutting, all I know is it looks cool. Mylast truck had 38.5's thes 35's are making me itchy for more after seing yours.

Looks like the same color combo my old 70 K5 was painted. I believe it was original to the truck.

Take a look at the paint chip books at the auto paint store and see if one of the 67-72 truck colors looks right.

I think its called Ochre. That would probably be listed as White/Ochre/White/Ochre. Ochre is #511

This will be a work over a long period of time but it will be a full frame off, and it will be a daily driver after its done.
