Got the side panels done. My mother-in-law and Mandi did them. I haven't bolted them in, still trying to think of a way to do it without using screws but don't think that there is.
I'm really impressed with them.

Have you considered the double loop "velcro" that Roddoors and similar companies use to attach their door panels? Maybe a combination of that and a few screws in the least conspicuous spaces?

Those look nice B. We use some HD velcro here to install tool boxes on truck beds. It's plastic "stem" type, not really hook and loop. Seriously strong stuff. It's made by 3M and it's called "Dual Lock". Part number is MP-3551/52.

You could always attach computer hard drive magnets to the back of your panels - they would hold them on there for sure - no cutting at all - and you can find them cheap/free if you head to your neighborhood PC store and ask for 'dead hard drive magnets' - you can also attach them to your oil filter and pans to pick up metal debris in the oil.

Looks like you are breathing some life back into her partner, I need to get some pics up of my old ride one of these days...
My old man had a 71 2wd Blazer we did it red and white. This was back in the late 80's it was an old MO DNR truck, we thought so at the time anyway, 350, auto, posi, man, i would have like to have that one now, lots of fun with the top off, blazers are cool old rides.

Believe it or not, I repaired a saddle bag on my bike using JB quickweld and it is a 10X stronger bond than what it was. Are your panels plywood backed?
