I was thinking about POR15 or something... It has surface rust on the inside of the passenger door and the rest is fine...

Cool, i had gotten some from eastwood(por15) because there chassis crap black is already rusting! they tried to tell me poor prep, long story short i got 100 bucks credit out of them and got that. Would you think that maybe they have problems or they just like giving out money?

The stuff that I used on my frame will never come off, unless battery acid gets on it (already happened!)

really wished i used por 15 but figured were it said about sunfade went with eastwood. will clean and repaint in sections, someday.ea

the master series urethane paint I used has a UV resistant version... cheap and super strong

Got the other door, fender and hood on and some what aligned. Seeing what all needs work to get good lines and gaps. The doors will need more work, still have to weld in the right side hoop. hoping to keep at it here and maybe get her on the road for this summer now that things have slowed down some.

Very easy swap, had to have a new driveehaft made, used a 1971 nova flywheel and a later year master cylinder so I could use the original pedal cluster. If you need any part numbers let me know., got the knob from eBay and bent up the shorter from 5/8 round stock so it was were I wanted it. I took the threaded bung out of the oe shifted and welded to my new upright. Need any help let me know.

Can not for some reason add a pic from my phone will add some for you when I get home tonight.

well you made it a long night. I found page 1 and now here I am.You do very nice work and I like the no bondo approach, it is worth the extra work in the end. When you bought the metal around the windshield you mentioned the warehouse. can you give me a link or number anything would help. TIA !!! Keep up the good work

Got the fender and grill on passenger side 90% done. Fender was a mess and had to take out the inside to get th shape at the top back.
