Awesome! Some questions:
1.How deep is the bed going to end up being? 2.Steel or wood floor? 3.That welded seam that joins the wheel well and bed side, how do you metal finish that after all the welding is complete? Are you using a carbide tipped die grinder to get in that corner? Are you going to rely on body filler at all to smooth the area? |

The bed was raised 8 and 3/4 inches from the original bottom. We are going to use a kit from bed wood and parts for the wood. All welds will be ground down as best possible then filled.

Sold the show quality one I had...but have you seen the reproductions? They function better and look like original with perfect chrome....
