Everything looks awesome, your attention to detail is second to none. Always great to watch your builds.

Q: is this a seat bracket shortening jig? How much did you take out?

Sorry Gus350 I didn't see your question earlier......it's a 3/8's K/N filter

I lower the seat because it's more comfortable to me and I want it below the rear window.....ok, mainly for looks

well your builds are top notch! They don't need any help in the looks dept. I agree though, having the seat below rear window does look much better. I'm 6'5 so I'm hoping with mine lowered a bit That I'll have more head room.

Both brackets that bolt to the floor and the one that bolts to the bottom of the seat (it's the one with the jig above it in the picture)

I love the stuff and had to beg my coater to do it (he said it catches a lot of dirt...told him I don't care it looks cool to me) anyway, I see a bunch of PPG boxes laying around but I will ask him to verify. ***if he didn't do it you would have recieved a box with some bare parts :-) ****

He is correct. It does look cool but it is a dust magnet. My experience from using wrinkle paint is go for the texture that is the smoothest. Some have more of a course texture and they trap dirt more than others.

That's what we did.....had to order the powder that had just enough texture but not too much.......it will be placed in areas that are easy to clean or not seen to often :-)

Re: Project "Tiffany"

Ahh ok. I couldn't really make out what it was on my phone. But looked at it again at home and it's easier to see.
Would love to see the comparison pic of the radiator support. The wrinkle finish looks great!!

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

I've got all the wiring done except for the headlights which I'm waiting on putting the front fenders back on because the wiring runs behind the inner fenders and a wireway in the core support....... I used a stock fuse panel and re-ran the wires, I'm only adding A/C and cooling fans so I really didn't need a new harness.
