Re: 67 cheby's Dropmember build thread (CLOUD 9)

those brakes look great sitting inside those wheels there not over the top huge , thats good as bigger could overpower the wheels on a truck at speed
as it is you might want to balance a lot of the power to the front wheels to prevent the rear from locking up and passing the front so youre facing upcomming traffic
if you get too mush trouble getting the brakedust of the wheels check out EBC green stuff brakepads there giving of less dust and wat they give is eazier to remove from aloys , not sure if they make them for youre brake calipers though

Mike,... Baer Brakes runs their rotors in that direction.
I think its really a matter of personal preference.

Chassis is really turning out sweet.
Congrats on all your success.

Ha ha, I had the same issue the other night. Didn't notice until I had already texted the picture to a couple friends to show off my shiny new hardware.

Mike.... My Wilwoods actually have a directional arrow on them to let you know the rotation of the rotors and you have them the CORRECT way for Wilwood and Bear. Keep them that way. That is one thing I look at every time I see a car with drilled and slotted. The speedshop where I had my truck dynoed and tuned has a 1200 RWhp new vett and they are the same way as ours. I figued if he has them on that professional race car that I am right too.
