Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
Thanks Baclay9. Going with a 4.5/6 drop with spindles, coils, flip kit and C notch. Still up in the air about wheels. Thinking steelies or Team 3 5 stars. Decisions decisions.

Before it was lowered I didn't care for the wheels, but now I really like them!

Nothing to extreme, these colors are both factoty GM colors. It will still look ok.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
1st post!!
this is my turd i picked up last sunday for $900. of all the research ive been doing for future plans, every link i click brings me back to this forum, so i figured i might as well join...... congrats to the site admins, and you guys the members, that make this site, the best ive come across for c-10's by far. 81' Custom deluxe....was originally a 250ci L6 3-speed truck, PO took the liberty of throwing in a 350/350 with mild cam, and true duels. me and my stepfathers old 78'. looking far from the way it did the day we sold it back in 01'. (looks way worse now) stepside truck. |

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
Well heres the new engine....like I said, not much to look at now. I'll bling it up a little next spring. Need to switch over to a posi and lower gear. Right now it will blister the right rear tire. Suppose to be putting out about 330 hp, but with the 3:08 gear it sure doesn't feel like it.
