Re: 55 2nd serie GMC

it'll probably give the truck a lot more dimension by bringing everything closer to the ground

Re: 55 2nd serie GMC

Well it was a long day today, took a good part of the day to get the grill and bumper on. Sure is not the same with new paint on, seams like everything that was previously mockup don't fit no more. And there was a few things that still needed to be finish. Well since the truck was outside for a few pics and the weather was nice i took it for a spin around the yard, video to come. Had a misfire code on the engine, ended up been a bad plug. Runs much better now.

Yeap a little too low, I cut the coil spring down a bit too much it looks like , the front tires are rubbing on the fenders.

225-50/16 on 8" rims, those are S10 extreme wheels they dont come in narrower . Got a couple options change the coil spring, or go with different offset wheels.

Re: 55 2nd serie GMC

i am loving the way this thing sits. There's so much chrome on the front, it makes it look like it's weighing it down.

Thanks man, but it was sitting way too low with the tire set i have on now. So instead of getting new wheels ( maybe later i'll get an other set of wheel with different offset) i swaped the coil spring last weekend , its sits a lot more level now and no tire rubbing issues.
