Re: dinos just a clean bagged 66 shortbed

Rebuild the factory radiator and polish the upper tank. With that shroud Joe is knocking out, the polished brass would be cool!

Re: dinos just a clean bagged 66 shortbed

I'm diggin' the upper radiator trim piece. Nice touch.

Actually, by design, it's a smart mod. You want all of the incoming air to go through the radiator. Openings and gaps create turbulence, and that can make the air tumble and not go through the radiator as efficiently as it could with a smooth, undisturbed flow path.

I am running out of shop space so i moved two of storage sheds from the north side over to the south side of my garage and will add a 6x30 shed roof along the side so i can move my blast cabinet and big tools and all my sheet metal to give us more room

Love it! Awesome idea with the mids. My buddy put mids in the ac vents if his 96 two door Tahoe.

What paint did you go with on the interior? It looks great! It kind of looks like a "hammered" type finish.

Did the TriPlus repop fenders require any rework to get them to bolt up? After reading what this guy went through with the TriPlus front end parts, I had pretty much written them off as an option.

Too funny, I can relate to that! In my case however, it keeps me from getting anything done!

Truck is coming out awesome Dino! I was wondering if you were gonna trim your fenders, they looked a little close in one of the pictures. engine bay is coming out super clean. I have a couple of ?s for ya. I pancaked my front crossmember yesterday and want to move up the steering now. when you did this on yours how much did you move up your steering and did you move it forward at all? I took out 2" if that helps. And can you post up a good pic of your steering box point and steering notches. Keep up the great work man!
